eForms Mobile Replicate – Seamless Data Synchronization

eForms Mobile Replicate – Seamless Data Synchronization

While our platform offers “baked-in” cloud connectors and a robust Integration API, we recognize that many organizations have a foundational requirement: accessing data within their own local SQL environment.

Replicate is a standalone web application that bridges the gap between our cloud platform and your internal infrastructure. It ensures your data is always where you need it, when you need it.

Key Benefits

  • Automated Table Creation: Replicate automatically generates database tables for every Form screen you connect.
  • Real-time Updates: Entries are synced as they occur, providing a “no-fuss” replication solution.
  • Two-way Data Flow: * Cloud to Local: Pull form entries down for analytics and reporting.
    • Local to Cloud: Push local tables or views to the app as Data Source rows.
  • BI Ready: Easily layer Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) directly on top of your local tables.

Technical Requirements

To run Replicate, your environment must meet the following minimum specifications:

  • Operating System: Windows Server 2008 or higher.
  • Database: SQL Server 2008 (Express or higher).
  • Connectivity: The installation server must be accessible from the internet to communicate with our cloud platform.
