Changing the Display Row Title

By default, the Display Row Title - i.e., the title row of the form name within the app History page - shows the date and time the form submission was uploaded.

This can be changed, however, on a form-level basis under the Settings page via the associated drop-down. Here you can choose any field in the form, the contents of which will then replace the default time and date information on those app pages.

You might consider creating a hidden field just for this purpose that concatenates the data you'd like to be seen, incorporating relevant data from various fields joined with hyphens or similar.

Please note that repeating data names - i.e., a field within a repeating table - will not show up correctly if chosen as the Display Row Title.
