Android 13 Support

Android 13 Support

Android 13 was released to the public on August 15, 2022. It was first available on Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro devices. The update is currently rolling out to additional brands and models.

We do not officially support Android 13 at this time as our engineering team continues testing. An app update will be released in the coming weeks to provide full support.

Users on Pixel 7 devices have reported the following:

  • Several apps, including eForms Mobile, removed from device
  • Error after attempting reinstall: "Can't install eForms Mobile, Try again"

Upon request, we can provide an .apk file for a build that supports Android 13 prior to the App Store release. Email your request to support@eformsmobile.com.
