Enterprise Toolkit Overview

Enterprise Toolkit Overview

Unlock the ability to set up multiple, separate environments as part of your company account to provide complete separation between various departments, branches, or regions. Each environment can have unique applications, data, and configurations to suit a department’s needs, from Regional Settings to App Setup, and integrations like external user authentication and provisioning.

Repository functionality is also included, which allows you to create installable resources that can be swiftly copied into environments. For example, a form that each department needs can be made in the master enterprise account. A repository item can be created for it and then installed into multiple environments simultaneously, ensuring they all have the same version.

Regarding user licences, all environment users, including the master account, are billed as a single organization. It also considers whether the same user exists in multiple environments and bills them as a single-user license.

This add-on leverages the digital solutions built on our platform across various departments at scale.
