If you wish to cancel your subscription to a particular service at any time, you can do so in your billing area of the eForms Mobile platform.
Login to the web portal and navigate to the “Platform & Billing –> Billing” area.
Step 1 – Items that have a red button with the word “REMOVE” are services that are active on your account and can be cancelled. To unsubscribe from a service, press the “REMOVE” button on the service you wish to remove from your billing.

Step 2 – Click “Update Billing” in the top-right corner of the billing screen to save your changes.

You will be automatically unsubscribed from that service.
To CANCEL your entire account, send an email to info@eformsmobile.com and request that your user account be closed.
