Connecting to Twilio

Connecting to Twilio

Twilio helps you send and manage short messages programmatically. We support Twilio text messaging functionality via our Task and Form Connectors.

Our system can automatically send a text message when a Form entry is uploaded and/or a Task Connector’s triggering condition occurs.

Once signed up for Twilio, you would only use their SMS service and need to set up a telephone number from which your SMSs would be sent.

More information on how to add a Connection can be found here: Adding Data Connections.

Adding

The Data Hub area of the platform is where you can add connections for connectors. Navigate the side menu to Data Hub > Connections.

On the Connections page

  • Click the ADD CONNECTION button in the top-right-hand corner to bring up a list of connections.
  • Click on the Twilio option.

Authenticating

After adding a connection, fill in the required properties and save.
